Very caring.Bus stop is close by. Apart from few walking distance stores, everything else is one or two buses away.Advice:reach out to him for transfers. You get a better price than taxis.

I loved everything about my stay at hotel Babis. The staff was so sweet and made me and my friend feel safe being in a foreign country. We loved the location and the staff made sure to keep our rooms clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Babis and his father Vasili are exceptional. Their hotel is also exceptional. If you were paying $900 per night you could say maybe the beds could be better.... but for the low rates that Babis charges there is nothing anyone could complain about. the beds are ok they are not terrible, but they are not memory foam mattresses still we slept just fine. Fira was a 20 min walk and there are plenty of places to grab snacks nearby. we went to the bakery next door and to YOLO 500m away. again the price for what you are getting is incredible. there is a pool open till 9pm. Babis also helped get me a rental car when everyone i called online had no cars for me and he got the car for $50 a day high season 2022. If you are considering staying there.... especially for families with kids.... do it.... you won't regret it.

The beds clean and comfortable. The pool area was lovely to swim and relax by. Host Babis and his dad were lovely people and happy to help as needed. We also received free transfer from and to the port. Bus stop was close by front of Hotel. Supermarket was a 10 minute walk.

Really enjoyed my stay. Everything was really clean including the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s only a two minute walk to bus stops and quad bike/scooter rental, making it very easy to get around.

Great localisation near to bus stop, restaurants,bakery. 15min on foot to Thira. After our arriving the owner gave us a drink ( it was great after a long travel) later he gave us the map of the Santorini and explained everything. The room has been cleaned up every day. There was air-condition.The swimming pool clear and nice. Transport to the airport was very usefulI recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean and cozy family-run hotel with excellent pool area. Babi and his wife very helpful and attentive. Good breakfast and great location within walking distance from Thira.

This place exceeded our expectations! Very good value for the area, and it was only about 15 minutes walk to Fira bus station, with other bus stops much closer if heading to the beach. Although the decor of the hotel is a bit dated, this didn't matter as the room had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean.The best bit was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were welcomed with a cold drink, and given some recommendations for the island, and told that they could help us book stuff. Moreover, they allowed us to store our luggage on our last day, as well us letting us use the communal facilities - pool, lounge, bathrooms - until we needed to leave for the airport in the evening. The hotel also drove us to the airport free of charge, as they offer free transfer to airport or port on check out day which was so helpful and easy to organise.

The service is perfect! The swimming pool is very clean! Even got a free ride to the bus stop with a bunch of luggages.
